Landscape Architects West 8 and collaborators Rogers Marvel Architects, Diller Scofodio & Renfro and Mathews Nielsen has envisioned a massive redevelopment of the state owned Governor's Island in New York. The proposal will incorporate a jogging path, parade ground and areas to rest.
