Architecture in the Movies

The series "Architecture in the Movies" will play every Wednesday evening in October on Turner Classic Movies. On Oct. 4, they will screen the following films featuring architects: "The Fountainhead,’’ "The Towering Inferno,’’ “Strangers When We Meet,’’ “Antonio Gaudi’’ and "Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House.’’ Subsequent programs are on urban landscapes, great houses in movies and a historical perspective on architecture.
