Danish architects Cobe, in collaboration with Sleth modernism, Polyform and Rambøll, are currently developing the largest urban transformation project in Scandinavia covering over 200 Ha. The development when complete will be powered by renewable resources and aim to reduce the city's CO² output by 25%.
